My name is Steffanie Agnew. I'm a mass comm graduate student concentrating on digital media at Texas State University. I also currently hold a B.S. and B.A. from Texas State in English and journalism. I was born in Austin, Texas, where I currently live.
I work on campus as staff in the Learning Application Solutions department (formerly Educational Technology Center) on the Academic team which oversees TRACS, TechSmith Relay, Adobe Connect and Turnitin. In my position I give support to professors and students with these services, host workshops, assist and manage QA testing for upcoming service releases, create and maintain video and written online guides, maintain support sites related to our services, meet with faculty for one-on-one consultations and help supervise student staff.
I also work as a reporter at the Seguin Gazette, a local newspaper in Seguin, Texas.
